This is my fourth year teaching at Miramonte High School. Before coming to Miramonte, I taught at Las Lomas High School for 17 years. While at Las Lomas, I taught study hall, public speaking, resource, weight training, and PE 9. I also coached varsity football for 9 years, and was the head track coach for 17 years.
I was born in Guyana in South America and moved to the United States when I was four years old. I grew up in Ontario, California and attended elementary, junior high, and high school in Chino, California. I grew up playing many different sports, from football, basketball, baseball, cricket, track and field, tennis, swimming, and boxing. When I got to Chino High, I decided to focus on just football, basketball, and track. I ended up receiving a scholarship to play Division 1 football at Saint Mary's College in Moraga. I received my BA in business administration and a minor in economics. I also received my teaching credential from SMC as well.
