Kevin Newby, AKA Coach “K”, coaches both JV and Varsity Girls Flag Football at Miramonte High School. Originally from Los Altos, he’s a 20 year Lamorinda resident and experienced youth coach. Coach K has coached basketball, soccer, golf, and volleyball across Lafayette, Walnut Creek, and Moraga since 2013. Off the field, he’s a certified executive coach and lifelong musician who enjoys cooking and keeping his houseplants alive alongside his golden retriever, Izze Bon Bon and his two kids (MHS alums!).
