Women's Water Polo Clinches First Place with Victory Over Las Lomas

Miramonte 18, Las Lomas 9

Miramonte clinched first place in the DAL Foothill Division with a victory on the road over Las Lomas. The Mats will head into the NCS playoffs with a 22-2 overall record. They finished league play 5-1, one game ahead of Campolindo. Las Lomas went winless in the powerful Foothill Division but is 14-10 overall. Lily Palma scored five goals on Wednesday to lead Las Lomas. The Knights also got two goals from Sierra Brown, a goal and two assists from Teagan Claus, a goal and an assist from Rachel Eger and two assists each from Avery Bouyea and Makena Dietschy.
