Miramonte High School is proud to announce its second year of participation in Unified Sports. 

Unified Sports is a program that joins special education and general education students to compete side-by-side in sports such as Soccer (Fall), Basketball (Winter), and Track (Spring). Involvement in Unified Sports gives students the chance to work together in a fun and competitive environment that promotes community, connectivity, and collaboration.

Miramonte's Unified Sports program will consist of two 45-60 minute practices per week, along with fun competitions versus other Unified Partner schools in the Bay Area. 

"Unified Sports is a wonderful example of what makes Miramonte special," said Principal Ben Campopiano. "It brings students together in meaningful ways, fostering friendships, teamwork, and inclusivity both on and off the field."

"We are excited to see Unified Sports grow at Miramonte," added Athletic Director Sean Hennessy. "The energy and joy that come from these competitions are contagious, and it's inspiring to watch our students support and celebrate one another."

The first practice of the fall soccer season will take place at Miramonte Stadium on Wednesday, September 17th at 3:10 pm. Unified Partner training will take place earlier in the day during Academy.
