Miramonte High School honors the contributions of Skip Tague, who led the Matadors as Head Varsity Baseball Coach from 2023-2025. During his tenure, Tague led the Matadors to a 14-8 record in Diablo Athletic League play, including a share of the DAL Valley Championship in 2024. The Miramonte administration and athletic department extend their appreciation to Coach Tague for his commitment, passion, and impact on the program over the past two years.

"Coach Tague has been a great leader for our baseball program and a positive influence on our student-athletes over the many years he has served as an assistant and head coach in the program," said Miramonte Principal Ben Campopiano. "We are grateful for the energy and dedication he brought to the field every day, and we wish him the very best in his future endeavors."

As Miramonte enters a new chapter of its baseball program, the school administration and athletic department will begin a thorough search for a new Head Varsity Baseball Coach. More information about the open position and application process can be found here at EdJoin.org.
