    • 2018-19 | Junior: Big Sky Co-Top Reserve of the Year… Played in 32 games and made six starts, averaging 20.4 minutes per game mostly off of the bench… Was fifth on the team in scoring with 7.6 points per game… Scored 242 points in total which is a career-high… Scored in double figures in 10 games, including a season-high 17 at Portland State (March 2)… Led the team in scoring in two games… Averaged 4.6 rebounds per game which was second on the team… Led the team in rebounds in nine games and grabbed a season-high nine against Weber State in the first round of the conference tournament (March 11)… Totaled a career-high four assists on three separate occasions and had 41 on the season which was fifth on the team… Also ranked third on the team with 13 total blocks and swatted two shots in three separate games… Totaled 25 steals and had a career-high five against Northern Arizona (Feb. 23)… Was fifth on the team in three-point field goals made with 37… Shot 38.5 percent from deep (37-96)… Shot 38.3 percent from the field (88-230) and was 29-for-43 (67.4%) from the charity stripe… Had a career-day from the free throw line against Sacramento State (Jan. 26) when she went 6-for-8 from the line… Made three three-point field goals in four games.
    • 2017-18 | Sophomore: Appeared in 23 games and made 14 starts for the Eagles, averaging 21.4 minutes per game… Ranked fourth on the team with 7.2 points per game, totaling 166 points on the season… Pulled down 108 boards for an average of 4.7 rebounds per game which ranked second on the team… Also garnered 30 steals and 37 assists… Shot .405 from field goal range on 62-for-153 shooting… Ranked third on the team with a .324 average from beyond the arc… Drained at least one three-pointer in 22 of 23 games played… Went 20-for-29 from the charity stripe.
    • 2016-17 | Freshman: Appeared in 28 games as a true freshman… Made her first of two career starts at Washington… Scored a career-high eight points at Washington… Averaged 12.4 minutes per game and 3.3 points per game… Added 2.4 rebounds per contest… Compiled 19 steals and 11 blocks on the year… Pulled down eight rebounds against Multnomah… Named to the All-Big Sky Academic Team.

    • High School: Howard comes to Eastern Washington after a standout career at Miramonte High School in Orinda, California … Listed as a 3-Star recruit by ESPN … Ranked the 67th-best forward in the nation her senior year by ESPN … Named to a California All-State honorable mention selection by Max Preps as a senior … Averaged 13.8 points and 9.0 rebounds per game in her senior season at Miramonte … All-Metro first team selection by the San Francisco Chronicle … Named to the Contra Costa Times All-East Bay team and the Prep-2-Prep All-North Coast first team .
    • Personal: Came to Eastern because she felt extremely welcomed and safe away from home on her visits to campus, along with the competitive spirit of the women's basketball coaching staff … Howard plans to major in criminal justice.
