THIS SEASON:Â Meghan McAninch enters her third season at USC.
2025 SEASON:
• Scored 47 goals as a sophomore
• Scored in 25 games with multiple-goal outings in 13 games
• Had a career-high five goals vs. CMS on Jan. 31
• Scored four goals at the MPSF Tournament and four at the NCAA Tournament
• An MPSF Scholar-Athlete, also earned ACWPC All-Academic and All-Big Ten Academic honors.
2024 SEASON:
• Scored 11 goals as a true freshman
• Scored in eight games with three multiple-goal outings
• Set career high with two goals in her USC debut vs. Cal State Fullerton on Jan. 20
• A member of USC’s 2024 NCAA Tournament roster
• Earned ACWPC All-Academic honors
NATIONAL TEAMS:Â
• A member of U.S. Junior National Team
• Won gold with Team USA at 2025 World Aquatics U20 World Championships
• Member of the U.S. Youth National Team in 2022 and 2023
HIGH SCHOOL: Won first place in CIF in 2020, 2021 and 2022 with Miramonte High… Also won NCS Open Division titles in 2021 and 2022… Helped Miramonte to a 70-0 record from 2020-22… Was the league MVP in 2021 and 2022… Played club for Lamorinda Water Polo Club.Â
PERSONAL: McAninch is majoring in real estate development… Parents are Ellie and Brendan… Has two siblings: Lauren and Ryan… Mother graduated USC in 1992... Sister Lauren graduated USC in 2023, and brother Ryan is a current USC junior… Enjoys shopping, traveling and trying new restaurants… Would like to travel to Santorini, Rio and South Africa… Born on January 10, 2005.
